Very convenient for the airport which was a 15 minute straight forward, flat walkway. The room was clean with a mini balcony. Breakfast was very reasonable and set us up for the day. My only criticism is the drains in the en-suite. The smell was overpowering and we had to keep the door closed overnight. Perhaps we caught it at a bad time, but it could have been a health hazard.

A bit off the city center. The building is relatively old and the room is more like a motel than an actual hotel. Breakfast is very basic. Overall - decent place, nothing fancy and not too bad.

The B & B was in an excellent location for the airport. Don’t expect a breakfast if you have an early flight as there’s nothing before 8 am. Coffee machine but only takes 50 cents so make sure you have some. The stairs are a nightmare, 4 flights with two 23 kilo suitcases is not ideal. Having said all the above, shower was good, beds very comfortable and the lady host was lovely. For the £110 it was excellent value for money all considered.

The property was clean and strategically located. Staff were also friendly. However, on the 2nd night of my stay, which happend to be the last night the heaters weren't working in the rooms and the rooms were freezing especially at night.

Free parking on-site is advertised, this is not the case. Paid lot is about a 7 minute walk in a sketchy neighborhood. All amenities listed were very disappointing.

We wanted accommodation near the airport for one night in Pisa. We had one room for a family of six. Very clean accommodation and care taker very obliging, providing milk for baby and even left an early morning breakfast the night before as our flight was early. No frills but comfortable and handy. No lift which may be a nuisance for other travellers.

Would go back again. Loved it.

Close to the train station. Very clean and comfortable. The only thing to take note is that there is no lift. I didn't have much problem because I only had a small suitcase. But it might be a problem if you have heavy luggage.

Horror experience

Never felt so cheated in my life!! One of the worst hotel stays ever! We reached the address mentioned on the website and had to wait for 20 minutes (after multiple calls) for someone to finally meet us at the property. Then, the person (caretaker of the hotel) told us that we the apt where is staying is not in that address and told us that our apt is about 2 buildings away, but it was almost half km away! We walk in and she shows us the three bed apt that we had chosen and first impression is not that the apt is quite ok. We leave our bags and quickly head out to catch Pisa tower in the twilight hours. To our horror, on returning find that there are two other families leaving in the other rooms. Came as a total surprise and a shock to us, as this was not told to us by the lady who checked us in, and this is not what we had paid for!! Even worse than this horror surprise was that the room we were given us stinking with cigarette smoke. Both us parents and both our kids felt miserable the whole night. The only saving grace was that we had decided to stay only for a night in this horrible hell house.

Heater not working, no staff at BB, had to call and wait in the very cold rain, once very nice young lady got there very apologetic, but that does not negate the fact we waiting in the very cold rain, heater did not work, in the very cold Pisa winter. Not recommend BB.

Good location for airport

The b&b was convenient for the airport. It was a bit noisy when people arrived or returned for the night. Very clean, comfortable beds and great shower which is all I wanted for a night. Great pizzeria in the same street.
