As soon as got to front doors you could tell someone smoked and a faint smoke odor at front desk and hallway area close to front desk. Room could have used some touch up painting! Staff was very polite!!

Definitely a little town with only the one hotel that tries. The door took several tries to finally register the key and open. At one point we had to get help from the front. She was very nice and did help us. No elevator. Overall tho not a bad stay, ac worked great and quiet at night.

You get what you pay for.

Yuck, we had a non-smoking room. Far from it, it smelled so bad from the must & cigarettes=instant headache. The filters on the air conditioner had dirt caked on. It was gross. The breakfast was 2 cereals and waffle mix that had dried batter on the dispenser.

Cant say enough good about my stay. I forgot my "dress -T-shirts" that I left hanging in closet area. Staff packed and mailed to me!!!! The room was very nice and clean. Staff friendly on check-in. Highly recommend. Close to Restaurants, Shopping, Attractions in Bentonville. Lots to see and do in Fayetteville, Springdale, and Missouri.
