"The room was filthy! There was white spit on the faucet, which should have been cleaned! No plug for any drains. Rust marks around toilet. Toilet paper would not stay on the dispenser, since it was rusty and broken!"

"The food at the Piedmont Restaurant was not good. The menu was too sophisticated for the staff to execute. The lodge rooms were updated, but not very clean. There was a bridge in the gardens with rotted wooden slats and steps, and one section of the rail was missing altogether. The staff was friendly and helpful."

"The cabin was very comfy. It had everything we needed. Host was great in communications. Plenty of room, comfort beds, great deck with plenty of room and chairs. Had some snacks for us on the counter when we arrived. We plan on coming back."
