"The room was filthy! There was white spit on the faucet, which should have been cleaned! No plug for any drains. Rust marks around toilet. Toilet paper would not stay on the dispenser, since it was rusty and broken!"

There was a bridge in the gardens with rotted wooden slats and steps, and one section of the rail was missing altogether. The staff was friendly and helpful."
