El Corralín: House for 2 People in Piloña

El Corralín is located in La Frecha, a quiet, rural area 470 meters above sea level, about 15 km from Infiesto, the municipal capital, where you’ll find all the amenities, restaurants, and activities you need for an unforgettable vacation—such as the weekly Monday market in the Plaza del Ganado, the April Fair, the Agostiellu, and other festive events. There are also countless hiking trails near La Frecha. The road leading up to La Frecha has recently been completely renovated and repaired.

El Corralín is located in the hamlet of La Frecha, near our other property, El Collau I. La Frecha is about 5 kilometers from Sevares via the municipal road PI-13 (Villar de Huergo–Caldevilla), which is very close to and well-connected with the N634 national highway, allowing you to reach Arriondas in just 15 minutes by car or Oviedo and Gijón in less than an hour. It is a traditional, cozy, and simple house—perfect for couples looking to relax in a natural, rural setting with beautiful scenery. It has a parking area near the house, a small terrace with outdoor furniture, and stunning views of the mountains. Inside, the house features a living room with a basic kitchen (equipped with a ceramic-glass stove, microwave with grill, kitchenware, and a dining table), a full bathroom, and a double bedroom with clean sheets and towels. The house has heating for the colder months of the year. Pets are allowed at El Corralín upon request for an additional fee of €5 per pet per night.
