LAYOUT AND AMENITIES OF THE CASA TRASGU VACATION HOME:

Casa Trasgu is a single-family townhouse, built in 2001 and completely remodeled and renovated in 2025, featuring exquisite décor. It is located on the main road to Infiesto, with excellent access to the N-634, which will take you to both the beaches and the capital of the Principality in just over half an hour. Its excellent orientation makes it a very sunny home. There are public parking areas in front of the house. To access the house, there are two gates opening onto the street: one for pedestrians and the other for vehicles. Beyond these, you’ll find the stairs leading to the porch and the garage door, which has been completely renovated and converted into a game room featuring a pool table and a ping-pong table. On the porch at the main entrance to the house, there is an outdoor bench.
Once inside, the home is laid out over two floors, beginning with the spacious and bright entryway: on the first floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen (kitchen island, dishwasher, electric oven, range hood, stovetop, large refrigerator, brand-new kitchenware, Italian and capsule coffee makers, toaster, etc.), a full bathroom with a shower, the laundry room under the stairs, and a large living-dining room with a glass table, Smart TV, and access to the terrace with outdoor furniture via a small flight of stairs.
On the upper floor, there is another full bathroom with a bathtub and three very spacious and bright bedrooms: a master bedroom that is partially attic-style but has good ceiling height, with vertical windows and access to a small terrace, as well as a Velux-style window, it also features a mirrored built-in closet, a desk, and a designer armchair; another master bedroom with a sloped ceiling but good headroom and a mirrored built-in closet; and finally, the third bedroom with a trundle bed (two 90-cm mattresses), a desk, an armchair, and a freestanding closet.
The home’s decor has been chosen with great care and taste by its owners, and every corner is designed to be enjoyed to the fullest in comfort and harmony.
The entire home is heated for the colder months of the year, and sets of clean towels and sheets are provided for each guest. We also offer travel cribs for our guests upon request, subject to availability and for a supplement of 5€ per night.
Pets are not currently allowed in the house.
