This property is a gem! When I drove up the drive and spotted the "older" mobile home, I was shocked and told my husband that I think I made a mistake...well, that couldn't be farther from the truth. We went in and wow, was I thrilled. I couldn't believe my eyes. And EVERYTHING was right at my fingertips as far as kitchen items, etc. She thought of everything and then again more. This VRBO was the best!! We came to look at properties in the area. We had one day that we hot to enjoy Falls Creek Falls State Park, it was beautiful. You will not be sorry you stayed here. The views and quietness are wonderful. Big property for walking. We had a deer and several rabbits visit. I would stay here again and again!!!

The property was very clean. It was stocked with everything you could possibly need and more. The back deck was awesome, we spent every evening out there eating dinner. There were 2 grills provided which we used. There was also a fire pit with plenty of wood provided. The view is gorgeous both front and back. It has Roku tv which has plenty of options to watch. There is a washer dryer combo to use. It is close to grocery and some restaurants in Pikeville, all the necessities. There are state parks within 30-45 minutes and Crossville is about 40 minutes away for more options. Would definitely recommend!
