Welcome to You Are My Sunshine, a captivating dog-friendly vacation retreat nestled in the tranquil Blackberry Ridge Resort, just under 2 miles from The Island in Pigeon Forge, TN. This luxurious cabin offers convenient access to the area's premier attractions, making it the perfect getaway for families and friends.

You Are My Sunshine features three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each designed with your comfort in mind. The main level boasts a king-size bed, while the upper level offers two additional king-size beds, all with their own elegant bathrooms complete with granite countertops. For additional sleeping arrangements, there is a sleeper sofa in the main level living area and another in the game room, along with a convenient half bath on the main level.

The open-concept living area invites you to relax and enjoy quality time together. With high-end finishes, including stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, the kitchen is a chef's dream, perfect for preparing meals for up to eight guests. Ceiling fans in every room ensure a comfortable stay year-round.

For entertainment, the cabin features a game room with a retro arcade and an air hockey table, as well as an outdoor hot tub for unwinding after a day of adventure or take a refreshing dip in the resort pool, just a short walk away. The outdoor seating area is ideal for stargazing.

Please note: The property is supplied with linens and bath towels. We only supply a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap & liquid, and bath bar soap. You are then responsible for said items during the remainder of your stay.

**To finalize your booking with Red Door Getaways, you must sign a Rental Agreement and provide a state or federal photo ID. We will send you a link to our "Boarding Pass" guest portal via text message, where you can securely upload your ID and a matching selfie. Once these are completed, you will receive access to the property guidebook. Your reservation is confirmed only after we receive the signed agreement and valid ID.**

Overall great stay

Location was perfect. Very close to the main parkway but far enough to be cozy and quiet. Everyone liked having their own king bedroom. Only downfall was the 1st floor bedroom's ceiling leaked. We had a major storm during our stay and the ceiling leaked onto our heads. We had to move to the pullout couch in the living room area (which was very comfortable). This is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars.

You are my sunshine

You are my sunshine was the name of my cabin and it was fitting for our stay, we had 3 couples and the set up of rooms and bathrooms was perfect, everybody had privacy when needed but there also was common areas when we wanted to watch a movie, eat or just hand out and enjoy each others company, I loved the open floor plan so while cooking breakfast in the kitchen I still got to enjoy and socialize with everyone else, Thanks VRBO, because I probably wouldn’t have found this cabin by reddoorgetaways without you guys.

Beautiful new cabin, easy access to everything

The cabin was beautiful and spacious, and the community has such a nice vibe with friendly people coming and going loved the community pool and the fact that the house had three full bathrooms, one with each bedroom. The beds were comfortable, and the two decks were very spacious. The hot tub was very clean and enjoyable.
