Upon arrival the girl who was working the front desk was sitting on the couch in the lobby. She got us checked in and we went up to our room which we had a little trouble finding as it wasnt numbered on the wall plaque or by the door. We get inside to find that the "cable tv" that was advertised was nonexistent along with the fact that the also advertised wifi did not work as well. The main reason for booking this particular room was because of the jacuzzi tub that was pictured, well there was a jacuzzi tub in the bedroom but the jets did not work, so at this point we started calling the front desk and ofc course no answer. I proceeded to call several times but still no answer. So I ended up having to add hotspot to my cellphone plan just so we could watch tv. The next morning we go down to try to discuss the issues with someone, but to no surprise no one was ever at the front desk. There was a sign that stated " be back in 10 mins" that remained up our entire stay. Even upon checking out noone was at the desk. So the sign that stated be back in 10 minutes had a phone number that i called the next morning in which a guy answered and i asked about the jacuzzi tub jets not working and he proceeds to tell me that " we did not rent this room for jacuzzi tub, we rented it for the "mountain view"" so I tell him the reason I rented was because the jacuzzi tub was pictured in the advertisement for the room. He says ma'am we turn the switch off for the tubs because water is too much
