The staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok, but the eggs had no flavor and they alternate sausage/ eggs on certain days. Pool hours close at 9.30 during weekdays, which was not good for us b/c we were gone most of the day and returned around that time. The walls, doors, and floors were dirty. Sheets were clean.

The room was a great size for my family of 6. The room was clean on arrival with fresh sheets and towels but the floor was dirty and needed to swept. The water pressure in the shower was terrible and it would go from hot to cold during the use. It was crowded there, so I am not sure if that had anything to do with it. The indoor pool was a great thing to have for the kids and it’s open later on the weekends.

My stay at a vacation lodge was OK can’t say anymore upon entering my room. It appeared. The floor was dirty with some debris, showing the remote on the TV didn’t work correctly after walking around on the floor they must not never mop it as my socks were filthy after just walking around a few minutes Saw two of either roaches or water bugs in my restroom which I killed, and the street noise was very loud and horrendous. We will seek a location farther off the strip next trip and in Gatlinburg.

for the most part this is a nice place to stay for the price. the parking in the rear isnt ideal. a narrow 1 lane alley to get to the back is kind of dangerous.

The Staff was nice and the rooms spacious and comfortable. The balcony added a nice touch but wish they were more private. Shopping is close by.
