Workers were very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast should be a simple buffet style so you can eat quickly especially when the hotel is booked. There is no way to feed everyone efficiently. We only got one breakfast because the wait was so long. It was not the workers fault. It was the system management had in place.

The venue doesn't stack up to a Marriott quality, tribute hotel. It does have a fun, vibe in the office/restaurant area. The breakfast is very good and the mattress was exceptional. From there, it is downhill. The quality of furniture in the room feels Ikea, at best. A courtyard property has more luxury. My biggest complaint was the noise level. The insulation to the exterior is non-existent. The music is loud and plays from 4-10pm. The cars/motorcycles on the strip through town are revving their engines until 2am and when people walk by your room, you can hear every word they say. If you're looking for a hotel in the bustling part of town, it meets your need. If you're looking for Marriott quality comfort and a quiet place, this is not your property.

The property and rooms were cute. Restaurant staff were friendly and the food was good. The rooms could have been cleaner. There was a hair on the bathroom wall, mold or mildew on grout in the shower, and mascara on the bedroom mirror. The parking spaces near the rooms are compact with a dead end. If you drive a larger vehicle please park closer to the front of the property.

Going way back

Staff was very friendly and helpful upon arrival. Decor has a great vibe in both lobby and guest room. Pool is way beyond your normal hotel pool; with giant chair loungers to gazebos, to pool side food and drinks. There is also a large hot tub. Only cons were coffee was not available in the lobby and street noise was rather loud. Breakfast was good, but miss having the option to grab a quick bite; like yogurt, muffins, or fruit. After all is said and done, We Will definitely be back!

Dirty. No attention to cleanliness. It wasn’t disgusting but definitely not any attention paid to small details. Wouldn’t waste my money here again.

We only stayed for the weekend and on Saturday night the fire alarm went off at 2:30 am and then again at 4:30 am and then again at 8:30 am so we barely got any sleep before having to make the long drive back home. You’d think they’d give everyone some money back for that terrible night but I haven’t heard anything.

Room was not ready when checking in at 6pm. Trash still in room, etc. Fire alarms went off at 2:45am,4:30,and a couple more times after that. No apology from staff or offer of discount for a horrible night at check out. Said it was not their fault and would not be giving any discounts

Wayback is in a very convenient location. They have a wonderful breakfast. The only down sides are the noise from the strip and parking is hard to navigate. There was live entertainment by the pool. It is a nice place to stay.

The room was clean except for the bathroom sink counter and toilet is dirty. Damian and the server at the Paloma restaurant is very accommodating and went above and beyond. The rest of the staff are not very welcoming. The next day after our check in the concierge greeted everyone except us even we says good morning. The teens even notice people are not very nice. The only good thing is the place is not that far from The Pigeon Forge Island.

The room was ok, except for some of the stucco on the ceiling peeling away. Also, the deadbolt got stuck sticking out when we tried to go out for a while. I had to get someone to come to the room to fix it. Earlier that day we left for Cades Cove before sun rise. Luckily the lock didn't jam then otherwise we wouldn't be able to leave. Like other reviews parking spaces are tight. The complimentary breakfast was nice, even though you were asked to pay gratuities. We'd stay again.
