I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. When the doors to the hotel opens, the first thing was how beautiful the lobby is. The check in was a breeze. The sweet lady at check in told me about the movies and popcorn. We went upstairs to go to our room, and upon opening our door the room was huge and clean. The bed was super comfortable as well. The next day we left the room to enjoy all the wonderful splendors of Pigeon Forge. And I received a text from the hotel, asking if the stay was ok and if I needed anything. I have traveled a lot and that is some of the best customer service I have EVER received. After our day was done when went to the hotel and went into the room, the cleaning staff had left a note saying they couldn’t make up our bed because our personal belongings was on the bed. I love love this, that showed us they had been in our room and gave us extra towel's. I have the hardest time getting extra towel’s. We two people check in and there isn’t enough towel’s for two people, I have to call and get them to bring me some. And I didn’t have to do that this time. AMAZING!!! The pool was open 24 hours of the day, I would definitely recommend everyone staying here!!!

Weekend getaway

Checking in was a breeze and all staff were so kind and helpful. Parking was amazing and well lit. Breakfast area was busy but food was good and plentiful. Pool and hot tub enclosed area. But at night, everyone went there and it got crowded. Rooms cpuld use a bit more love. The walls were dirty as well as the floors. Bed was ok. Shower was great. My only concern was i found a tiny roach on my bed. Ewww. Not happy about that. Overall,quiet area and i do still reccomend this place since so close to the fun.
