Kitchen had a functioning microwave but turntable didn't work & there wasn't a can opener until a request was made. Dryer knob or controls required maintenance. Sometimes the dryer worked, sometimes it did not dry clothes at all. Loved the mattress & pillows, rested well. Loved the dual head shower! Sofa & loveseat were very broken down & not comfortable.

Great cabin in the mountains!

We could not have stayed in a better cabin in the mountains! Sweet Surrender cabin was spacious and very clean. The furnishings were very nice and stylish. The kitchen appliances were top notch and so was all the dishes and cookware. The king size bed was the most comfortable ever! Absolutely loved the very roomy double shower and large double vanity! I highly recommended this cabin!

It was a good place to stay if you’re going to Dollywood I guess the only complaint I had w the water pressure in the bathroom,the shower was fine it was the bathroom sink other than that I would stay again

We absolutely love the cabin we stayed in. it was perfect for my family very clean pleanty amenities. Loved the pool table. We spent hours just playing and having fun.... The down side to the place was the location, From the way the pictures made it look i thought it would be pretty private..It was in the middle of a parking lot with buildings all the way around. Which dont get me wrong we still had a good time and enjoyed our selves we were just kinda expecting privacy. Instead there were a large group of people at the conference center and we had a hard time finding parking at our own cabin every time we left and came back there were more and more cars. There should be a designated or reserved parking for that cabin. Other than that it was a beautiful place to stay in. We still agree that we would stay here again Hopefully have a better chance at parking... i still rate it 4 out of 5 stars.
