Room 216. Room was good and comfy. Breakfast is as ok as it gets (could use some fruits). Service in front desk is excellent (provided some cookware when asked as we were using the stovetop). Everything in the room was tidy clean. The kitchenette is very useful when having kids. Location is perfect and close to all attractions. On the other side of things; AC unit is full of mold. Bed comforter are very stained. Floor creaks and you could easily understand what your neighbors are talking about in close doors. TV only shows local and no kids channels (could’ve used some cartoons). In general a nice place to stay if the plan is to leave early and arrive late just to get enough sleep.

Great value! This is a relatively small property that may deceive you when you turn into the lot, as maybe not being what you expected; but don't fret! It's unfussy on the outside but the room, bathroom and amenities more than make up for parking lot impressions. Your room and bathroom will be cool, modernized and clean with maybe a few aesthetic blemishes that affect nothing about your stay. We had a desk which was a great feature because I had to work remotely for a short time one morning. Plenty of USB ports for charging devices. Reliable TV and Wifi. Staff all friendly and responsive. The breakfast is AWESOME and we really appreciated it and the staff's upkeep of it. You can grab coffee or tea in the lobby anytime of the day or night. Housekeeping will come every other day of your stay unless you request otherwise. We stayed an extra night and the new check-in for the same room was effortless. The proximity to the Parkway/main strip is an easy, close walk and Shoney's restaurant is right at the corner. Your parking spot is right outside your door for easy loading/unloading. Ice machine on property. Attraction brochures and maps plentiful by the front desk. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Really good place that allows pets and area to walk. The staff is nice and the breakfast in the morning is an additional plus, considering what all the hotels in the area are charging. I'd stay again.

The room was very nice and very clean. Liked the location it was quiet and plenty of parking available, off the main drag through Pigeon Forge. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The check in was great and the staff were very helpful and courteous.

Our initial room smelled like smoke and the comforter was dirty, changed rooms and had minimal smoke smell with stained comforter. Bed wasn't the most comfortable but the place was clean and freshly remodeled.
