Was pleased with my stay except breakfast. Oatmeal and grits were never done, The attendants could have used more help due to the number of people staying. It was full our 5 night stay. The shower & toilet area was very small. Overall a great stay!

As prior stays, friendly, welcoming staff, clean rooms, hot breakfast each morning, coffee/hot cocoa available throughout the day, centrally located to attractions, restaurants and the GSMNP. And the views cant be beat! It's our home away from home!! Thank you and we'll see you soon!

The front desk lady at night was a bit busy and not so accommodating. She would take constant vape breaks and didn’t help with any issues we had. Front desk was called multiple times at night and no one would answer.

Very clean hotel and very nice room! Breakfast room is a little small. Was hard to move around on a Sunday morning. Would suggest having one ice machine on the property. The ice machine in our room refrigerator didn't make any ice.
