Overall everything. Rooms have recently been renovated. However it was as cheap as possible. The paint look as though a child did it with no guidance. Plumbing was questionable. Pipes were exposed that shouldn't have been. Underneath the sink had a leak, onto the towels/washcloths. The shower faucet was installed backwards, the cold was hot and the hot was cold. The continental breakfast wasn't good. Especially the hot/cooked portions.

There were cockroaches. The hotel was cheap but misleading. I’m disappointed in Expedia reviews and questioning whether they are real. There was no hot water. The hot tub does not work, why even have one? I understand closing the pool for winter but you should really have the hot tub running all year. People at this hotel were sketchy. Heard all kinds of weird grunting in other guests rooms and people looked like they were on drugs. The staff were nice and we never ended up getting breakfast. I thought it was cheap because of the area but it’s cheap because it’s really gross. I felt itchy in the bed. I would not stay here and pay extra for a nicer hotel. Not sure why it has 8/10 of Expedia! I plan to do further research on other sites before I trust Expedias reviews again.

Although the building was non smoking our toom smelled like an ash tray. The bookong link stated would.sleep 3 in the king room, but only if yiu want to share the king size bed. The facility felt dated and they have coffee out at all hours but dont keep it filled. I was told by the gentleman working the front desk him i asked about it that they aren not permitted to make any more after a certain time.each day. There was no shampoo, conditioner or body wash in the shower either. Bathrooms have flaking paint & rust. I stay at Choice properties regularly in another state and this totally disappointed me. Will not be using this particular hotel again for any visit.to the Pigeon Forge area. Overpriced!
