Beautiful, well managed and great location!

Our check in was seamless. The apartment was beautifully decorated and well appointed. It was very comfortable with 2 families in residence. It is within walking distance to The Island and multiple other places. There’s a trolley stop directly in front of the Arbors where the apartment is front and center. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. I’ll definitely try to grab this place on our next family trip. Thank you for a great vacation before the kids go back to college.

Terrible host!!!

We had our vacation booked for over 2 months. Host cancelled on us 1 hour before check in. Leaving my wife, myself, and 6 kids stuck in Pigeon Forge, several hours from home, with no where to stay on a holiday weekend!!! Will never book with this host again! I DO NOT recommend!!!!
