The hotel was excellent. The staff were all very friendly and helpful; as always. The only negative was in the common area near the fireplace, I noticed an upholstered chair with the bottom broken and sagging to the floor.

Room spottless, everyone smiling, spottless outside they even wipe down outside tables and garbage cans. Wish the mattress was just a little more comfy but kids slept wonderfully. Plenty of pillows from soft to overstuffed. A/C perfect 66! Numerous fire pits outside, rocking chairs everywhere outside. Lifeguards at the indoor pool night swim blue pool lights. Hot cider in the evening, Starbucks coffee inside, fireplace insidr, big tables to eat or play checkers with the kids! Love love the Christmas decorations inside and outside and Christmas music piped off and on outside once Handel's Messiah played with the outside lights synchronized. We stayed 2 days after leaving another hotel. Next time will book only this Hotel. Trolley to Dollywood and back soo worth the money. Also a spa onsite as well as a restaurant and room service. We tried the buffet on Wednesday mostly stew type country cooking but the dessert bar and fries, and salad was what we mostly ate kids are picky and I don't make such fancy desserts! For 3 costs 100.00 but they have a regular menu so it can be less expensive. Enjoyed the piano music with my coffee on tuesday morning before kids woke up. Felt safe. Of course they have a fitness room, laundry and jacuzzi will use next visit! This place lifted my spirits after a hard week of raising grandkids

This was one of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, beautiful balconies, a pool and game room for the kids, and activities throughout the day. The buffet at the restaurant was also nice as well as the gift store.

The room was very clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. It was great being able to use the trolley to get to the Park. The memorabilia from Dolly's history which is displayed throughout the museum is such a treat to view!
