Rooms were very clean, indoor pool area was nice and clean, a lot of people but not crowded. Loved the added perks like the ice cream shop/bakery, pizza parlor, coffee shop and gift shop within the resort. But staff in those particular places were not friendly and acted as if they didn’t want to be there, seemed stressed/understaffed. The restaurant inside, we sat for over 30 min waiting for the one waitress that was working to take our drink order, she was stressed to the max being the only one working that morning which was understandable. We just left and went elsewhere as others did also. The arcade was small but fun, my kids really enjoyed the bowling. All together it’s a fun place to stay at a decent price but could use some training in being friendly and inviting

The room was smothering hot! The coolest you could turn the unit was to 61 (which would be way too cold if accurate). My daughter has asthma and we had to have a breathing treatment every 4 hours. This is the only place we've stayed that was so stuffy we couldn't get comfortable. We come to Pigeon Forge 5 times a year (usually stay at the Wilderness). I do not recommend to stay here unless you are coming for entertainment. Room is not pleasurable. Room was clean, if you can handle the heat. The staff was nice. Did not stay longer than a day because we was miserable. We went to another hotel for the remainer of our stay.
