I booked a room online for 2 queen beds. Checked in, showed my print out and I believe we were in room 115. Opened the door and there was one king bed. I go back to the office and explained and he asked so you want a handicapped room? I said no, we want a standard room with 2 queen beds on the ground floor which is what I booked. He said, things happen. We did not want room service so I placed the magnetic card on the outside of the door and the next morning, I gathered our towels and took them to the office and asked for more. The same clerk said, everyone gets room service each day and I explained we did not want room service only clean towels. He pointed his finger to the desk indicating to lay our towels there so I did. I also asked that someone come and unclog the tub drain because there was standing water in the tub. He made a note of the clog. When we came in that evening, the tub was still clogged and there had been no room service even though, each room gets room service. I go back to the front office and explained to another clerk and he pulled the charts and said, your order is here but never was carried out. I said, we have no clean towels even though I was told, every room gets cleaned whether we request it or not. He said, I will have this taken care of in a few minutes. He came quickly, unclogged the drain and brought clean towels. Our room was not cleaned because the card indicated no maid service even though it's a daily service.
