Althought this was a very quick, one-night stay, the hotel was amazing. The staff was amazing. I came through the door in a bit of a rush and the young man who checked me in made sure I was ok before we took care of things. It was a great hotel for a great price.

Excellent service close and convenient to all Pigeon Forge attractions. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone interested. Only hiccup for whole trip was their WI-FI is awful they need to definitely upgrade that amenity.

Gentleman that was working the front desk when we checked on on April 4th was extrenely helpful, courteous, and friendly. We were on the 4th floor, the end room and it was quiet and comfortable. We have stayed here before and probably will again!
