Hotel was disgusting. Beds were awful with pillows that felt like bones were placed inside pillow cases. Guy at desk was rude and thought trying to be cool and hip was the way to be. While in the front office 3 families came down and canceled reservation because it was nasty. Waited 45 minutes in office to get checked in. Will tell everyone to not stay there. Rather sleep in a prison cell than sleep here again.

This was the dirtiest hotel that I have ever stayed in. The day we checked in we did not get a tv that you could watch until the 3rd room. The room we finally stayed in had dirty clothes from previous guests in it. It wasn't just me...There was actually a line of people complaining, changing rooms & leaving because they were unhappy. Not sure how old the room pictures are on expedia but they do not represent the way the rooms are now. One couple told us they feel like they had been catfished. We did end up staying because there were no other options in town that we could afford. On another note the 2 guys working the front desk were doing the best that they could working through checking people in and dealing with customer issues.

The staff was the best part about this hotel the room was missing light and plug in covers and more. The shower was not ment for anyone over 5 foot 8 and i am 6 foot 5 and had to get on my knees basically to shower completely. This hotel needs a big renovation and the pictures online are a big catfish lol. The best part tho was the staff from check in to check out the they took care of any thing we asked for and are super friendly and polite

We have stayed at this hotel for the past 4 years and this stay will likely be our last at this hotel. It is poorly maintained, the rooms were not clean, no ice machine, and they charge you an extra $75 at check in, which refunded 5-10 days later, but never had done this before.

I've stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world, and this is the dirtiest and most poorly maintained hotel I've seen in 25 years. The photos are not an accurate depiction of reality. The hotel is falling apart, poorly maintained, and dirty. The staff is doing their very best, but it is clear that the owner will not invest money in the upkeep and maintenance of their business.

Spend the additional $20-$50 a night and go somewhere else. This place is disgustingly dirty, extremely loud and needs gutted completely. The two rooms we booked were dirty but thankfully had clean sheets and towels. The entire bathroom and floors were gross. Checking in was long with only one person working. It is close, walking distance to a lot of activities and restaurants, which was the only redeeming quality of this hotel. Spend the extra money and stay next door. This place is not worth $160 a night.

Well check in is at 4. We showed up at 4:40 and got 1 of 2 rooms. We asked for them to be beside each other they said was not a problem but could not give us the room til the room was "cleaned" we take our stuff to the 1 room we got right then. We go walk to nearby stores and come back a hour later to get the other room. Staff was very disrespectful and told us we could not get rooms next to each other anymore and downgraded us from a king to a double queen. Never tried to give us the price difference for that. Also rooms were not next to each other they were on the same floor though. The grass hasn't been mowed. The rooms hadn't been swept their were black hair all over the place. Soap that wasn't ours in the shower. microwave didn't work. The door didn't even lock. I killed 2 roaches and seen more the other room I know they killed 1 or 2 also. I had noise complaints tried to call the office twice with no answer so I walked to the office to find no one there and not even on the property called the number they left at 12:50. they told me they would deal with it when they got back. come 1:30 room next to us was still blaring music and talking over it. I called the number and he said there was nothing he could do because he didn't hear the music.

Well a great nite but lie to your face and tell you you will get your 75 dollar deposit back its been over a week and all they do is give a run around stay away from there they are shady

The toilet leaked Everytime it was flushed and we had to put towels around it on the floor. The noise level was off the charts. I booked and paid for the room in advance and then found out when I got there that I needed a $75 deposit. Tried to pay in cash and it wasn’t accepted had to drive around to find a place that would put money on my card since my bank isn’t local. Worst check in ever. Will not stay here again. I pray I get the deposit back even though I was told it could take up to 37 days. I will be keeping track because it was not worth the money I paid!
