Bumping up a star because we ended up not actually staying. Staff was friendly and they were as helpful as they could be, but the room did not have a secondary lock on the door, and the keycard virtually did not work, as the wiring on the door was exposed and visibly fried. When I asked to switch rooms, they were happy to help me switch but told me “most of the rooms are like that.” They gave me three other rooms to check, all with secondary locks, but each room had its own issues to the point where I did not feel comfortable staying there.

The entire hotel is rundown and in terrible condition. The rooms were filthy. There was mold in the bathroom, the mattresses were old and worn out, they gave us one towel for two of us, no washcloths, no hand towels. There was a coffee pot, but no carafe and no essentials to make coffee. The fan in the bathroom was so dirty it was attaching to the wall adjacent with dust and dirt. Only have one side of the heater worked. There were no blankets. The pillows were worn out and we didn't even want to sleep on them. There were no stoppers in any of the drains and to top it all off they charge us twice for a room! The elevator worked it was so dirty. There were pallets stacked up and garbage at the back of the pool. You could barely run your luggage on the ground to your room because the ground was in such terrible condition. The pool, which look like it once could've been a beautiful place, was now rundown And 1/3 full of filthy water.It was a horrible experience and I'm shocked that Wyndam wouldn't be affiliated with an establishment in such horrible condition.

This is the worst place I have ever stayed! Where do I begin? The bathrooms were filthy with dust and mold. The paint was peeling. There was a huge gap in the door. The beds were so old there were huge dips in the mattress. NO BLANKETS. The toilet ran all night. The heat didn't work good. Exterior off the road is dirty. Elevator dirty. Door has batteries taped to the door so key cards work. Dust from vent is on the wall real bad.no coffee maker. Light bulbs are out. Tv doesn't work properly and rooms have different size televisions. Bathroom door looks like an animal has been chewing on it. Floor looks and feels like it's not been swept or mopped. Bathroom so dirty no one wanted to take a shower there. Microwave turntables do not work. Furniture looks like an animal has been chewing on it also. 1 towel for all parties to use. Tv has to be propped up in 1 of the rooms. We was double charged and then a $75.00 security deposit at check-in. Worst stay in my many years coming to Pigeon Forge.

Saw roaches in the room, water dripped all night, toiled seat had tape to hold it together, this has to be one of the worst hotels in pigeon forge. Rooms beside us had roaches in the bathroom.

The room was fine. Room 209 Faucet handles are installed incorrectly. The hair dryer does not blow hot air. The shower has duct tape in a couple spots. The shower head needs to be replaced and it is extremely short, i had to duck down to use it. The shower head and nob to turn the shower on was also very loose. Also the bathroom vent did not work. The room was very clean but the halls and walkways ouside could use a little attention. For example there were two matress box springs and bed frames sitting in the hall the entirety of my stay that I walked past to get to my room. It was fine, I wasn't expecting anything extravagant, just a few things that could be improved or fixed.

The hotel is nothing like the pictures. There were bugs in the room (including bedbugs), the sheets were dirty, the heat did not work at all in the room. The staff did not seem like they cared to do their job. Check in took about an hour and a half to check in, even though i already checked in online.

Check in took over a hour, clerk even went out to her car and on phone. I believe she was communicating with other staff but she never addressed that or why she lost walked off. We thought she may have just quit. Then we got to room and bed bugs. Room was not very clean at all.

The hotel is very rundown. The microwave does not work in the room we had. The refrigerator was leaking and when we walked in the bathroom has water bugs or roaches on the sink. And when you try to call the hotel you constantly get a busy signal.
