The staff was very friendly and available when needed. The room was simple, but in great condition. It isn’t a five star location, but very clean and family friendly. It is right down the street from Dollywood and only minutes from the pigeon forge strip and gatlinburg. We will definitely stay here again.

Staff was polite and helpful. Grateful for the breakfast but after morning 2 I didn't want the same thing over. But it wasn't bad. Beds were comfortable and swimming pool was clean. The building is a little out dated but I will definitely stay again.

It was good for what we needed it for. The suite had plenty of room for my family. 2 queens in the bedroom and a queen pull out couch. A little kitchenette. The bathroom door didnt close and one of the TV didnt work. Pool seemed nice and breakfast ok. Bland, definitely powdered eggs (they were watery) coffee was decent.
