The staff was very friendly and available when needed. The room was simple, but in great condition. It isn’t a five star location, but very clean and family friendly. It is right down the street from Dollywood and only minutes from the pigeon forge strip and gatlinburg. We will definitely stay here again.

Customer care is excellent. The location is amazing. We were minutes from everywhere without the traffic. We felt very safe. My only complaint is breakfast. They served scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. 2 cereals, mini muffins, toast and waffles every day for 5 days. No change up and it's lack luster at best. No healthy offerings.

Pretty outdated place for the price. Smells really musty/moldy. Staff was nice and helpful. Our room was clean it just felt dingy due to the smell. The breakfast is ok for it to be complimentary. The pool was the best part of the stay.

This motel needs to be updated! It was missing/broken doors in both of our 2 bedroom suites. Has the cheapest sheets/pillows/towels even cheap toilet paper and Kleenex. The breakfast was good, but that’s the only thing I can comment as being ok!
