Tucked back in the hills off of the Parkway you have the peace and quiet of the mountains while being less than 10 Minutes from both Dollywood and The Island of Pigeon Forge, 15 minutes from Gatlinburg and the Great Smokey Mountain National Park. 2 parking spots per reservation and a Trolly Stop on Property!

Warning: Bears are wild animals that are dangerous and unpredictable. Do not approach bears or allow them to approach you!
Willfully approaching within 50 yards (150 feet), or any distance that disturbs or displaces a bear, is illegal in state and national parks. Violation of this federal regulation can result in fines and arrest. Use binoculars, telephoto lens, or a spotting scope to view the animals.


To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following basic pool rules:
No Lifeguard on Duty: The pool area does not have a lifeguard on duty. Please swim at your own risk and always supervise children closely.
Proper Attire: Proper swim attire is required at all times. Please refrain from wearing street clothes, jeans, or shoes in the pool.
Shower Before Swimming: For hygiene reasons, please take a quick shower before entering the pool.
No Glass: Glass containers are not allowed in the pool area. Please use plastic or non-breakable containers.
No Diving: The pool is not designed for diving. Please refrain from diving or jumping into the pool.
Respect Quiet Hours: Please be mindful of our neighbors. Keep noise levels down, especially during quiet hours (10 pm to 8 am).
No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited within the pool and amenity area.
Children: Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
We also want to inform you of our pool and amenity space hours of operation: The pool area and amenities open at 8 am and close promptly at 10 pm. Please be sure to adhere to these hours and enjoy the facilities responsibly.
