Hotel was nice. It was great having restaurants on site as well as casino. However, we chose this hotel because there was a hot tub and indoor pool and were looking forward to a weekend getaway and enjoying the pool and hot tub. Sadly we found out on arrival that because of hockey teams using the hotel that guests are allowed to "sign up" for a max of one hour a day IF available. If you have no interest in pool and just want to stay for casino and do not mind all the children running in the halls it’s a great stay. If you are looking for a weekend escape with pool and hot tub do not go in winter months.

The front staff were great, the gentleman that checked me in was very helpful and informative. The door man were exceptional, they were courteous and they put effort into remembering their guests. It's the small things that make a big impression.

We just wanted to have a quick getaway for our hineymoon. All they did for us was upgrade the room and the price difference was a $100 it was nice. The hotel knowing it was a quick getaway for our honeymoon, i would think they would give us some kind of voucher since we were staying for 2 nights.
