For a nice resort the staff is untrained and rude. Very slow and have to wait a long time, International travelers beware of language problems and delays due to misunderstanding. So many kids at resort that I would not recommend for couples! We got an ocean view suite and the room was pretty nice but a bit dated and not cleaned too well. Smelled like cleaning fluids. Good for one night I think but that's it!
