Check in was easy and the staff were helpful even when they don't speak english. Room was clean and bed was also comfy. One of the rooms we booked had faulty aircon but staff went out of their way to repair.

the hotel was in a great location and the room was spacious. the front desk man helped us with our laundry twice. it would've been 5/5 except that when we got to our room to check in, for some reason the balcony door was open so our room was filled with bugs…

We were very unpleased. We booked a new hotel the very next day. We could not get the air conditioner to cool down the room whatsoever. There was no refrigerator as advertised on Expedia and we were not brought through the room to understand how it worked.

Reservation needs to be reconfirmed ホテルに到着すると男性が、現在改装中の為、他のホテルを案内すると、バギーに乗せられた。予約したホテルから遠かった。また、大人3人で宿泊の為、予約のカテゴリーは、ダブルベット２台だったのが、キングベット１台とマッサージの施術台のような幅が70cm位の非常に固い台へシーツを被せたベットもどき１台の部屋だった。 ホテルは宿泊日にも予約を受付ているので、予約の再確認をして訪問する事を推奨する。
