Great hotel in stunning location

Excellent hotel which has been build in a very nice layout with a lot of bungalows which create a nice atmosphere, where most will have sea view. Nice beach and pool are that never was busy. Big celebration for breakfast. And then the offer free pickup and drop off to the airport. It is located with a 10 min walk to center, but also a lot of option on the the road in both directions

Very beautiful property in a great location. You can find a lots of good restaurants near by. The beach is calm and clean. Very nice, polite and helpful staffs. We really enjoyed our stay in Saigon Phu Quoc resort. Definitely we will come back. Highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was very nice a beachfront and close to lots of restaurants and stores. Here comes the problem that was handled very badly. When I checked in the front desk lady showed me a paper and was writing checking in time checking out and the price. She said checking out at 2 pm and I was like really that different than other countries, and the front desk lady agreed to with me. We laughed and talked everything is good right. No checking out time we are already packed up by 12pm so we decided to go for a swim for 30 min thank take a quick shower and leave by 1:30pm. The guy showed up at the beach screaming at us telling us to leave the room and just saying a lot in his own language. So we rushed out at about 12:30pm and he was just fallowing us and yelling really loudly and then everyone was looking at us. In the end we went to the counter and told her that lady said 2 pm and it is not our fault. I told her to bring out the paper for our check ing and she sow what I said was true. Guess what they did after finding out it’s their mistake. They made me pay more money to them.

Great location and amazing beach.

Great beach. Great location. Breakfast is all right, you have a bit of everything. A bit more maintenance would be required to improve the rating but the beach location compensate for it. The bungalow was great. The area where to have a drink next to the restaurant and the pool are below average and need some fixing.

Great central location on the beach

Really good hotel, staff were friendly and welcoming, breakfast buffet was excellent, fresh, lots of options and always full. The rooms were well maintained and spotless, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and the baths on the balcony overlooking the sea were amazing. The free airport shuttle was excellent and comfortable. The pool is huge and kept as spotlessly as the rooms... Loved this hotel, close to everything, as in walking distance to main attractions. A great stay!

Place is old and tired and not exactly like the photos. Stayed 8 years ago and the place was fine. A lot of work being done (demolition) of buildings etc and the beach has eroded considerably. This place is a long way behind the newer bigger hotels springing up on the island and I’m afraid they are up against it in area where there seems to be more deserted resorts than active ones

We forgot the special big size shampoo and conditioner ( special treatment) in the bathroom and the next day we ask the driver come back to ask the staff at front desk but they did not ask the housekeeping yet and help us to find them out, she just said there are nothing in the bathroom….that’s so weird!!! BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU STAY HERE, MAKE SURE YOUR STUFFS BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!!

Lovely resort. Stayed at Beachfront Villa which wAs excellent. Resort is well located. Nice pool. Unfortunately the beach in front has a tiny strip of sand and dirty with plastic rubbish.

Renovation due to start Sept 2023. Currently very tired. Reception area pulled down photos in website not reality. Have stayed here before and can't currently recommend, however, staff were excellent. Very few people staying at the moment. We were not warned of reception area being removed which also houses the breakfast area. Breakfast much more limited. Having said that the pho and omelettes were great. We were charged full price and they're much better close by hotels that cost a lot less that also have beach - ours was washed away. Unable to add photos for some reason.

Wonderful beach-front hut

The beach-front hut was amazing; sitting on the deck watching the sunset, listening to the sound of the surf, walking distance to restaurants and night market, comfortable room and bed, we enjoyed every moment. The downside was buffet breakfast; plenty of it but not the quality, with cold food not refrigerated and sitting in the hot weather. The premises and grounds are also starting to look tired and in need of work/upkeep. None-the-less, we enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay again in the beach-front hut.
