If you are planning to go to Grand world vinwonders or the Safari. This a great option. Shuttle service from the airport was eay and convenient and getting to all these e places are super convenient as well due to the free shuttle service

The hotel is very big, well decorated and designed eco-friendly. The Room is very clean. Pool is very good designed pattern and looks so nice with blue tiles in the bottom of the pool. All the staffs in the hotel are very friendly, helpful, professional customer service. Speak excellent English and with smiling. The breakfast is awesome and have different varieties which can meet the need from different countries. The noise from Sirens beach bar from about 9pm until 1am is unbelievably loud. I have never stayed at a hotel that advertised 5 star to have such a joke of a neighbour. Might as well have paid someone to stand outside the hotel room blowing an air horn. Its really to bad because the staff are so friendly and kind.

The hotel is fine - I would say average 4 star. My complaint goes entirely to Hotels.com customer service. We booked 8 nights for 2 adults and 1 child including half board. Upon arrival the half board is only for adults even the confirmation does not state otherwise. I then contacted customer service which said it was hotel policy and sensed me a screenshot from website as proof. However when you navigate to the website this policy is no longer written there - it might have been at some point but not anymore and not at the time of my booking. So think twice if you travel with kids and want half board or all inclusive.
