The hotel did not expect me. Then asked me to pay 500k dong per day despite the document indicating that i had paid. They did not speak a word of english - and that did not help. I had trouble locating my receipt on the Expedia website.They called a next door neighbor in who spoke very good english.. and after three separate conversations - and 2-3 hours of wasted time. they excepted that there was no problem. They said that expedia had not paid them, and that seemed to be the confusion. Othewise, they were pleasant - but only cleaned the room once in 6 days -- and only because i put the toilet bit outside the door.. But only once. And on the last night i found a condom wrapper and tube of antifungal cream in the side table. Water was only warm early before about 8 am. So i was disappointed with this hotel. On the plus side, the room was good, basic and had a good view,, but interupted by coco nut palms. Internet was a bit sporadic. Im sorry i could not rate this higher. BTW I did send a message to expedia on the feedback section.. yet to receive any response.
