Checking in with the size of this hotel and amount of screaming kids in reception was and experience and we thought we had made a BIG mistake. Once we had got over the madness and slept on things actually things turned out for the better, beautiful clean room with direct access to a pool that nobody used. This felt as private as things were going to get in such a big resort (note to self, don’t book a family friendly hotel) Breakfast I guess was the only time we were inflicted with the utter greed and madness of other people but apart from that it was a really nice base for our trip (although pricey for what it was) Room service was reasonable, apart from being charged for milk to make in room drinks (would not expect that from a 5 star hotel) and everything else was to be expected and staff were super friendly. Would I stay here again - No, not at that price and especially when the resort plans to extend further. Thanks 🙏

Attentiveness of staff is superb, any time you request something (esp via app) it is responded to and actioned immediately! Clean rooms /villa very comfortable stay. Food could be better -pizza especially lacked in flavour at poolside restaurant but we didn't often eat at hotel as city centre is not so far away. Overall a wonderful stay.

Lifeguard and each staff were very good. I did not like being charged for pool toys and small amenities. Waiting for the buggy was at times very frustrating. It’s a big resort. Although the breakfast was very good the first few days it got very repetitive if you’re there for a long time.

We spent 8 nights in a villa with a private pool at Mövenpick Resort Phu Quoc, but were overall disappointed. Despite the nice appearance of the property, the service and comfort were not up to 5-star standards. We were asked to sign papers making us responsible for cleaning the villa’s kitchen and given an inventory list of every item, with fines for anything missing. This made the stay stressful rather than relaxing. Housekeeping was minimal and the location very isolated. Positives: friendly staff, good buggy service, and a beautiful main pool and garden. However, overall, we would not choose this hotel again.

Amazing villas on the beach

We stay at 3 bedroom villa on the beach. The villa was amazing, right on the beach with private pool. Master bedroom and living room with perfect sea view. Will return for sure.
