Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Here what I didn’t like as follows: The room I received did not match the room description on Expedia. * The front desk said they only received a reservation for two king beds, even though your Expedia confirmation showed two king beds, two twin beds, and a sofa for the two rooms. * The staff argued with me instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally. * Although they eventually provided another room, it wasn’t the room category i paid for because it lacked the balcony and beach view i booked. * i paid a premium price but did not receive the accommodations you reserved.
