This resort was one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. The hospitality of the staff was top notch. The room was beautiful with a stunning view and the pool and beachfront was spectacular. I would absolutely recommend this property and i would love to stay again!

The property sits on an amazing beach - clean, warm, calm water that extends over 100 yards out at depth of no more that 4 ft. The whole premise of the property - an old French university - is a bit childish. Kids may love it, instagram influences may get great photos, but adults who want to relax will find it cheesy. The Pink Pearl - the fine dining restaurant is eye watering expensive - $500 USD for two + tip. I would advise strongly to pass - not worth the money. The room was dusty in areas. Overall for the money, I would give another property a chance to earn my business.

Super luxurious stay. Well worth money spent. The sea water clear but not crystal clear. Alot of algae. Hardly any fishes to be seen but beach was kept clean. 3 swimming pools, one for adult only. Food was fantastic!!!

It was a first time visit in Phu Quoc for our family. We were greeted immediately and given an in depth tour of the facilities. Throughout the stay we were very pleased with the consistent, friendly service from all of the staff. The breakfast buffet was standout - a beautifully curated assortment from all cuisines. What made our visit most memorable was Sang. They helped us from the beginning and was always readily available - offering recommendations and checking in constantly to make sure we always had something to do. Their service was easily one of the most attentive and genuine we’ve ever received worldwide. Overall, a great time with a staff with your best interests at heart. Highly recommend!

We had the most amazing time at this wonderful hotel! The beach is crystal clear and the pools are lovely. A special thanks to May who treated our daughter so kindly and really looked after us. Also, a huge thank you to Mia and Ruby for our relaxing massages. The staff all around the resort are extremely polite and helpful. The food options are great; we especially enjoyed our dinner at the Pink Pearl restaurant. The whole experience from start to finish was superb!
