We loved the location directly on Khem beach. Great value for price and lots to do around. We did not take the breakfast at hotel so I cannot comment on it, but we ate street food and restaurant around. All was good.

Overall is a good clean comfortable place very close to the beach and lots of cheap food and juice and spa right in front. Staffs are very helpful. Wifi is not excellent in some place. (I stayed at few different rooms so some room wifi is good while some is not). Overall, recommended!

We loved our stay here and had two massages booked, both were great. Definately one of the best hotels in Asia with hot water and good water pressure which is rare in Asia. Super friendly staff and another highlight was the breakfast buffé. For this standard you really get a lot for your money and this is the first time seeing a buffé after travelling in Asia for a few month. Would definately come back again without hesitation.
