My stay at the travle inn was horrible the room was dirty the front desk was rude and they were doing construction on the room above me and started making loud pounding and banging around at 6:30 am no cool at all

I booked a King/Non-Smoking room and as soon as I opened my room, there were two small beds and it smelled like nothing but cigarette smoke. The bathroom was also dirty. When I told the person at the desk, they told me that all of their king rooms were under renovations even though I did not receive a notice prior to me arriving. He said that’s all they had but to not worry, “I won’t be charged extra”. Once I made it clear that I wanted to cancel my stay, the person changed tone and said that they can look and see for an available king room. I handed in my key and decided to go somewhere else.

Expedia didn’t send the confirmation to the hotel. Took us about 45 minutes to get a room. The hotel doesn’t have a fire alarm, stinks and the sc doesn’t work. I’m afraid to take a shower in here. I put all my luggage up as i’m sure it has some type of critters. The neighbor hood is a bit scorched at least the inn has a large fenced area and cameras.

Good customer service .. But i had problems with the room , water on the floor. I was moved to a different room . No water pressure, even after i told them about the issue i had the last time . They assured me there was no such problem . I had to shower stuck to the wall , because of the little water pressure .
