• Occupancy and Sleeping: While our maximum capacity is listed as 7 guests , please note that the beds provided (one King, two Queens) comfortably sleep 6 adults. A 7th guest will need to use the existing bedding or sofa (bed linens provided).

• Guests have full access to the property, except for the garage which is used for storage.

• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required for the stay. Please contact us to confirm the specific amount. This is fully refundable provided the property is left in good condition.
• Waiver Option: If you would prefer to skip deposit, you may choose a non-refundable damage waiver for a small fee instead.
• Furry Friends Welcome: We love dogs! You are welcome to bring your non-service pup along for a small fee. Please just remember to add them to your reservation guest count when booking so the fee is automatically applied and we know to expect them!
