Reality exceeded the images. The property is lovely and the amenities were a bonus. Large oversized pool towels, sunscreen, bicycles and other small surprise amenities along the way. Super-Clean home that is well supplied. Grateful to the owner/operator for all of this, along with exceptional communication.

We had a wonderful family vacation and this home has everything we needed. Plenty of room to spread out, the pool is clean and beautiful, and the linens were absolutely the softest ever.My only complaint would be that there is a lot of noise from the main road and it’s not quite as peaceful when you’re sitting out on the patio as I would have hoped. Also the lights for the pool do not work and we could not really do any evening or night swimming.

This place is AMAZING! The home was beautiful, super clean, spacious and had all the accessories available. It had every cooking item needed which was super helpful. The beds were super comfortable. The host was amazing and responded quickly to any correspondence I sent. The home is also in a super great location!!!I would highly recommend this home!! Perfect house in nice neighborhood. Spacious house that has all the essentials you need to stay. Comfy beds, essentials in the kitchen (coffee Keurig with plenty of pods etc), 3 nice size bedrooms. Host was easy to work with. I would definitely stay here again. Very close to Rangers and Royals spring training facility and fields. Padres was only 10-15 minutes away. Great food options close by.

We’ve stayed at rental houses before. This house was fully stocked with paper goods, bath towels, beach towels, quality pots and pans etc They had a Weber grill which came in handy. I’d absolutely stay there again.

Beautiful Surprise home in prime location.

We had a wonderful vacation in this home, the house is very clean and comfortable in a nice quiet community. The location was ideal within a couple miles of several restaurants and shopping. The host, Lori was extremely responsive and accommodating. We went to the hurricane waterpark which was fun but most days we spent enjoying the heated pool. The house is fully stocked with everything from beach towels, pool toys, bikes, cooking utensils, spices for cooking, bbq, and more. We had a wonderful time, hope to be back soon. water park one day

I was pleasantly surprised with this property. I've had questionable luck with VRBO's. This, by far. Is one of the best I've stayed at. The house was beautiful. The neighborhood was great. The city of Surprise was so clean. There are so many things to do near by. Went hiking at White Tank mountains. Went to the Sutprise park which has a large water feature. I would stay here again!!!!

Wonderful home!

The home was beautiful and very comfortable. Everything needed to cook meals and entertain. Owner was available to answer all questions very quickly. Neighborhood was central to lots of stores, and walking distance to a major grocery store. I would recommend this to anyone looking to relax and enjoy the AZ weather. The pool was a great plus- especially in the afternoon!

Great Girls Weekend!

We just wanted a nice, chill, relaxing weekend with friends & thats exactly what we got! The home is fully-stocked with anything you could possibly need for cooking & there's a good grocery store within a few miles of the house. The pool is lovely & private & just perfect for floating around with a cocktail. The beds are comfortable & linen very nice. An excellent experience all around.

AMAZING!!

So often vacation homes fail to meet the expectations set by the online photos and description....this one exceeded every expectation we had. Clean, well furnished, supplied with anything we might need including 2 coffee pots, tons of kitchen equipment, good appliances, plenty of pool towels, a basket of sunscreen, extra blankets and pillows....I could go on and on. The pool was warm and sparkling and plenty of pool floats and toys...excellent landscaping...covered patio and plenty of outdoor furniture. This was one of the best vacation rentals, overall, that I have stayed at...reasonable price, great neighborhood and a value. There was some plane noise but not enough to to affect our enjoyment. Stay here if you have a chance, its great.
