Dont believe the 7.6 rating like I did. This place is horrible. I was booked for 7 days, left after the first night. The first room they gave us smelled strongly of urine and room appeared messy. Complained and they gave us a different room. This room smelled better, but the carpetting under the sink was wet, had to put a towel down. Some electrical outlets didnt work, and people were loud (fighting ) outside our bedroom window, however the kicker was our toilet didnt always flush, and when it did, the tank wouldnt fill. We had to fill the tank with a coffee pot from the coffee maker. Please do not make the mistake I did. Stay somewhere else. I decided to stay there because the ratings were decent and I figured if its on Expedia it must be ok. Boy, was I wrong. Expedia should be embarrassed to even have this place on their platform.

I arrived after 1:00 AM and there were shady-looking characters hanging around out front and in the parking lot. The stench in my room was unbearable. I walked away from the second night of my 2-night non-refundable reservation. This place is NOT like the pictures on Expedia. Definitely avoid.

This place looks like it was a neat property Once Upon A time. Currently there are whole families living in it with kids and dogs running around freely. Street people are hanging out in the parking lot and the rooms smell of smoke and have lots of damage. None of the sliding glass doors open and have been screwed shut.

Bad experience the location is too far from downtown the people are transients and drug users and dealers on parking premises and on the hallways smoking door crack I will never reserve there again I spend the most two nights outta three in another hotel downtown.

There were literal drugs sitting outside my room, trash everywhere, sketchy drug addicts following us and blocking the only exit. We were unsafe and had to leave with our children. We were 100% going to get trafficked, robbed or sexually assaulted. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were old and TV didn't work very well. I asked for a ground floor as I was having surgery. I got a top floor. Very noisy place. Lots of dogs. Drugs and prostitutes. I had my food stolen from the door dash driver.

This was the most disgusting hotel that I have ever stayed at. The place was filthy. Both the room and the property such as the elevators were filthy. I will never use Hotels.com again because I should be able to trust what you offer on your site. The place is also used as a temporary shelter for homeless which is nice but as a paying customer, I should have been told this up front.

Not for a vacation or relaxing retreat

Extended stay motel in a not so decent area. I'm a single female and needed a room for a couple days/nights while I was moving and while the price was right, I felt very uncomfortable with the other patrons at the motel. Pets are allowed; many people do not clean up after their pets. My room was on the 4th floor and the elevator didn't work the entire time so I got a good workout going to and from my room up and down 4 flights of stairs. Also had to get my room key re-keyed everyday which was annoying.

You can do better

Our room overlooked a car wash that played loud music at all hours, which made it very difficult to sleep. We were also followed by an unsavory individual that made us rather uncomfortable. Overall, the hotel was rather run down. The pool looked nice, but we didnt use it.
