The lobby was rundown. When I entered the energy was chaotic. Various guests were demanding refunds because rooms were dirty and smelt of urine. The woman in front of me said, “Don’t stay here. It’s disgusting. Just get a refund.” So that’s what we did.

The carpet was in bad shape. It had stains all over and completely torn on the threshold between the kitchen and bedroom. The room smelled really bad. The handle inside the sliding shower door was ready to fall off. There were holes in the screen of the patio door. There was supposed to be complimentary coffee from 7-9.
