Clean room, quick service, competent staff, good price. Appears to be a newly renovated property. Very convenient to Sky Harbor for early flights. Excellent value for high season in Phoenix.

The room was exactly as pictured, very clean, and ready two hours before our check-in time (always a bonus!). The only downside was the “continental” breakfast—there weren’t any hot foods (eggs, sausage, pancakes, etc.), just bakery items like bagels, toast, cereal, and muffins. The coffee also left much to be desired. You get what you pay for, which in our case wasn’t much, so overall it was a good experience.

The parking was eell-lit. Felt secure. Shower needs fall/grab bar. There's a caution decal but that's not gonna help people from slipping especially for elderly. Overall the place is nice and clean.

The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. This was on the nice end of cheap hotels - the beds were a little worn, the towels were thin, and they had the tiniest bottles of shampoo, conditioner, etc, that I've seen, but everything worked and the room served its purpose.

Did not take advantage of breakfast. Shuttle, both to and from airport was quick and clean. Hotel recently remodeled. Very comfortable but dont recommend walking around the neighborhood after dark. A little sketchy.

I would absolutely give this hotel a 5 for cleanliness, quiet location, and breakfast. The only reason I couldn’t was because there are a few things (potentially in the “fine print”) that I think guests- especially disabled guest should know. First, call ahead after reserving to make sure they have a first floor room. My husband is an amputee and we did not have a vehicle. Not only did they assign us a room at the far end of the complex as far away from the office as was possible and did not have any first floor rooms so on top of the walk, he also had to climb 2 flights of stairs to the room. In addition, the bathroom floors and showers are made of very smooth textures that are an extreme hazard for anyone who is a fall risk. There is a sign on the shower warning guests but it does not negate the fact that he absolutely could not shower for this night because of the danger. A few other nuances to note that I think should be better communicated as well- the airport shuttle only runs every hour so plan accordingly. They also will not take a credit card for incidentals only a “bank card” which I personally have never run into so would have been good to know as I was not traveling on my own dime. Staff is great, breakfast was good and rooms were very clean! No complaints at all there!
