We were not able to eat breakfast because we took the shuttle to the airport at 6 AM. The young man who drove the shuttle was very, very good. He had a good sense of urgency and got the passengers in and out of the shuttle quickly. Desk staff not real friendly. I would encourage them to smile — it doesn’t cost anything and it goes a long way for a positive guest experience

Shuttle was a little confusing. I wish there were more options for breakfast,. The over all look is clean and fresh. Despite the area it feels safe and bright. My only real disappointment is the pillows are a bit small and the metal bed frame allows every spring to be heard but over pleasantly a very nice stay.

Easy hotel to for airport access. But the area the hotel is in is very sketchy. I thought the price was reasonable and the rooms were clean but this isn't the kind of place you want to take your kids.

I stayed one night here at the end of a trip to Phoenix. The check-in process was quick and easy. You're sent a link via text where you fill out check-in details, but I still checked in at the front desk. The room itself was fairly clean with a couple of places for improvement such as a stray hair in the shower and a dark spot on one of the pillows. The room itself is super basic too, but matches what is shown in the pictures. Regarding safety, I wouldn't deem the surrounding area dangerous, but there's definitely not a lot to do and you would need a car to get to any place other than the nearby gas station. Overall, I would stay here again if I was looking for a cheap and convenient (location-wise) place near the airport.

The shuttle was easy to locate and the drivers were very friendly and helpful. The hotel worker provided directions over the phone and allowed me to check-in a little early. The shuttled was scheduled for a pick-up the next morning by the hotel staff. The hotel was extremely clean and the area was quiet.
