The backyard is a haven for relaxation and recreation. Bask in the Arizona sun by the heated pool on comfortable lounge chairs or indulge in a barbecue feast at one of the two outdoor kitchen areas. The pool is now surrounded by a fence, offering an additional safety precaution for little ones. Dine al fresco by one of three gas-burning fireplaces or unwind on cushioned lounge chairs while roasting s'mores around the fire pit under the gazebo. The landscape beautifully captures the essence of the Arizona desert, with carefully placed cacti, plants, and trees enhancing walkways and artificial grassy areas.

To the right of the entry, the upgraded kitchen and dining room await. The dining room boasts a dark wooden table for up to 6 guests, complemented by a gas-burning fireplace. Additional seating is available at the breakfast bar with 3 barstools, attached to one of two islands in the expansive kitchen. Equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a double 2-door refrigerator, this kitchen has everything needed to entertain up to 10 guests. Adjacent to the kitchen, the laundry room is stocked with extra linens, pool towels, and pool toys.

The master bedroom is a retreat with a king-size bed, two nightstands with reading lamps, a flat-screen TV, and not one but two closets. The en suite bathroom features a walk-in shower and dual vanity sinks.

The first guest bedroom offers a queen bed and a flat-screen TV, while the second guest bedroom is perfect for families with 2 full-size mattresses and a designated desk area for your convenience. - The reservation holder is expected to stay at the home unless otherwise approved by Casago.
- Stays of 21+ days: A $500 utility deposit is required, and utility cap overages may apply.
- Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. We're unable to accommodate early check-in or late check-out, so please plan accordingly.
- Casago provides a starter supply of toiletries, paper products, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. Please help us by avoiding flushable wipes.
- No pets, large gatherings, or smoking are permitted on the property. This includes marijuana and vape pens. A $1,000 smoking fee may apply if smoking is detected.
- Please use the garage or designated visitor parking. Overnight visitor parking is limited.
- The home is equipped with electronic noise and smoke monitoring for the comfort and safety of our guests and neighbors.
- Casago homes receive routine inspections every 30 days for general maintenance, filters, batteries, and lock service.
- For everyone's security, reservations require background screening and an additional screening fee.
- Pool & spa heat: Available for $90/day plus tax and must be heated together. Please inform the agency in advance so the system can be prepared. In winter, allow up to 3 days to reach approximately 82°F. Temperature cannot be guaranteed due to weather, length of stay, and other environmental factors.
