2 nights stay. TV didn’t work. Desk couldn’t help. Told us it would get fixed next day. But it didn’t get fixed. No notice or apology or adjustment to our bill. Also, Unskilled and unpolished desk staff. That’s the reasons for 2 star rating. There were some qualities of the room. Amazing pool area, if you’re into that. Best I’ve ever seen in an affordable hotel.

Staff was really courteous. The problem was the TV. It took forever to come on and wouldn’t even load what was on in the guide. Secondly, the safe didn’t work. I had some stuff I wanted to leave in there, but couldn’t. The pool was the best part of the stay
