In a crunch and has to get a room. Found this property which looked good but I was given a room in a building that looked nothing like expected. Didn’t sleep well because the walls were paper thin where I could hear doors and conversations all night. The building I was placed in looked a little sketchy with the dim lighting and constant movement heard.

This property is NO “resort”. Do not get fooled by the name. None of the doors were inside, no elevator on the property. It was an old Clarion or comfort inn. I was very disappointed. The reception was a tiny room and it didn’t have any amenities. It had a pool but that was it.

Pros: The location of the property was excellent. It is close to a grocery store, bars, park. The hotel felt safe. Wi-fi worked. Staff are so nice and helpful. TV in the room worked. Shower and toilet worked. Cons: It is an older hotel with an outdated decor and noticeable wear and tear. The sink to brush teeth and wash hands is located in the same room where the bed is. There is a tub and a toilet in the bathroom and the bathroom is tiny. I would stay here again because of the hotel’s location despite that it’s an older hotel.

The "resort" is in desperate need of an update. The AC unit blew a black substance all over the bed that was near it. The staff was cursing at each other talking about getting "f'ed up" the night before while checking me in. I was actually afraid my car would get stolen as there was all sorts of shady people walking around all day and night. The beds were comfortable but the pillows smelled old. The shower and toilet areas are tiny. Towels were also tiny. Definitely not a resort by any means.

Friendly staff. Nice location especially when the park is finished with construction. Small room but comfortable bed and big TV. AC is noisy but works. If you can get this for a low price it’s not bad.

This is by no means a resort (a run-down motel at best), and I was already skeptical when I saw the reasonable nightly price. I went ahead and booked because it had decent reviews (How? Unclear). I do not recommend. Within 10 minutes of entering the room, we found a massive roach on the floor. Luckily, that was the only one we saw, but then we noticed the lights flickered a lot, especially when turning them on. I booked the room with the jetted bathtub. I was excited to take a bath, but when my bath was done all the water drained into the shower in the other room. That may not be abnormal, but what was abnormal or awful was the horrendous smell of sewage that followed the draining. The walls are also paper-thin, so all night long I could hear birds outside and other noises. The AC was also inconsistent and barely stayed on. We sucked it up because it was one night, and it was already late, and we had an early morning, but I will not be staying here again.
