The toilet paper dispenser in the room was falling off the wall, bagels alone does not constitute "FREE BREAKFAST", room was at least clean but they put me by the pool and it was very loud. Lastly, the only reason we booked the Sparks was because it is a Hilton property. I WAS SHOCKED TO FIND OUT THAT I WOUDL NOT BE GETTING ANY REWRDS POINTS BECASUE I BOOKED THROUGH YOU. You should disclose this information not wait until customers are unhappily surprised!!!!

I didn’t see a hot tub so I don’t think we had one, but the room was clean. Breakfast was lacking. I don’t think bagels and yogurt is breakfast. Coffee was good. The property was clean. We did enjoy our stay.

Would not recommend

Room was clean and comfy, though there was no hand soap only shampoo or lotion. There was also no hot water, cold shower wasn’t fun. Breakfast was really subpar. Only bagels, no protein other option and orange juice was out.
