Close to everything

This place is amazing! Walking distance to do many restaurants and shops. The area is just wonderful, so much to do. Very dog friendly area! My wife is disabled and uses a wheelchair and this place is just perfect for disabled people.

Great place in Fountain Hills, AZ

My family stayed at Joel's place while we visited with other family in Fountain Hills. The location is great, walking distance to restaurants and shops. The unit was quiet and clean and very well stocked with nice amenities and little extras. It's brand new, the beds are comfortable, and the unit is spacious. We had plenty of room and a television in every room is a great touch! Joel was very responsive and a great host, and wanted to be sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to others visiting the area.
