We had a very disappointing stay due to two major issues that the host refused to resolve professionally. First, the pool chemistry was severely imbalanced, causing our children’s hair and our swimsuits to turn green. When reported, the host incorrectly blamed chlorine and insisted it was "balanced," despite the clear physical damage to our property.Second, we discovered cockroaches inside the house. Rather than sending a professional, the host simply dropped off DIY pest control chemicals at the front door and told us to "keep the doors closed." This is unacceptable for a rental at this price point, especially with young children.The host was dismissive and refused to take responsibility or offer any fair resolution. We cannot recommend this property to families or anyone expecting a well-maintained home.

Nice house with good setup for family stay. Pool was very clean and water temp perfect! Rules for pool use very understandable and easy. Garage use excellent!Floors were dirty in house, we needed to mop to enjoy our stay. Pool table a very nice addition for outdoor recreation, but needs some attention.Overall we enjoyed our stay and are grateful for the good accomodation!

Wouldn’t stay again

The host had horrible communication. Never emailed over details and when I reached out to get information on how to enter they never responded. Had to call the Vrbo helpline who ended up giving us the code. House and pool were nice except for the neighbors who were constantly fighting and dropping racial slurs in the backyard at 6am in the morning.

Not quite what expected

The house had the feel of a frat house. It was fairly clean but the showers were gross and there were unidentified substances on some of the walls. The kitchen was not stocked well and we had to borrow a lot of utensils from surrounding family. We decided on this rental because of the pool table but the pool table was junk. We were still able to play but the felt was ripped and worn. It’s hard to store a pool table outside. Other than that the house was bright and welcoming and the pool was clean and heated. It’s a perfect house to hang with some friends but not the best house for hosting a family event.

Good spot, with great space entertainment (pool, pool table, fire pit, etc.). Had issues with some of the furniture, sleeping accommodations, etc. Reached out to the owner privately to discuss. Overall nice place in a great location, walking distance to old town (about a mile). Enjoyed the pool, and pool table. Thank you for the accommodation
