Great customer service! The wonderful young woman at the front desk (i think her name was Ren) was delightful to work with..we had a late night flight so arrived very late. She was extremely courteous and friendly. She recommended an open restaurant for us to get a late dinner at and verified it was still open.

The only things I didn’t like was that there was no hot water in the evening when I washed my face and no hot water for my shower in the morning. The wall between my bathroom and the room next to me was so thin I could hear a man’s voice. It almost felt like he was in the same room as me. There was a clump of hair on the floor in the bathroom that wasn’t the same color as my hair.

My family and I have stayed at this property multiple times, it has become a favorite. Affordable, close to the airport and dining, friendly staff, and clean. This visit I noted the bathroom was not up to the cleanliness standard I had appreciated before so I could not give it a top rating as previously done. Cleanliness is crucial and a possible deal break for the future.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well stocked with towels. Bedding and pillows were super comfortable. Great breakfast with great attendant! So close to Mesa airport!
