Lodging is excellent, except for the street traffic noise. Checked in late. The front desk person could have been less grumpy and given instructions on how to unlock the door. It was tricky. The door hanlde sometimes needed to be moved up. Otherwise a very pleasant stay abd the remaining staff interactions were very pleasant.

Room was clean yes. The one Jacuzzi was not working, which was disappointing. The front desk clerk (white girl, overweight) wasn't that pleasant, not very welcoming. The overnight clerk was great when we arrived extremely late however.
