There was a group of soccer players at the hotel. Some were in the 3rd floor, which was bad for occupants below them. Ideal would have been 1st floor, rooms next to each other.

Didn’t like anything about it. The tube was dirty and I had to take my towels down to the front to get new ones. I was charged taxes on my deposit. The staff wasn’t all that friendly or helpful. They had a sign for different princes and times up for late check out. Overall I didn’t like nothing.

Room was ok, bees comfortable but when tried to check in 45 min early was told it was a 25$ charge. The hotel was not full and the room was ready. When we asked for 1 hour f More for late check out, again it was a charge and was told “ for this location” we charge. Seems like a money grab to me. Prob won’t be back

Bathroom needs to have floor sloped towards the shower drain in room 124. Bathroom ended up with 1-2 inches of water on the entire bathroom floor. Management knew about it and didn’t offer to clean up all the water. She just gave me a lot t of towels

We stay in room 124, ama room. Shower drain did not work , floor was not sloped properly. The entire bathroom ended up having 1-2 inches of water on it. When I told the manager Connie, she said she knew and instead of sending someone to clean it up she gave me several towels and said use these. We stayed there a month earlier Dec a 15-17 and she was rude to me then. Unless Corp does something about this we probably won’t stay there again

It was okay at best for a reasonably priced hotel in Tempe during high season, but I highly doubt I'd stay there again. I'm not sure what the "Plus" means, because it was very basic and pretty depressing, actually.

Non-refundable deposit! I was asked to pay "refundable" deposit exceeding the price of the room which was paid in full at the moment of checking in. The motel kept $3.25. I guess someone thinks she/he is very clever and nobody will notice.
