Excellent price for value, cannot beat it . Areas around accessable to everything, small pool , no resort fee, McDonald's same parking lot , 2 casinos next to it , TV has cable with good show channels HBO , etc , 2 beds and a smaller sleeper. Probably 5 ppl no problem. Nice ppl up front , yea it's little older hotel but excellent for price and near freeway.

Place seemed really rundown and they had people sleeping in the lobby. Elevator took 3 times attempting to close before it closed. Chandler is a nice area but this hotel was very sketchy. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Also the AC didn’t even get cold. Do not stay here!

I really didn't appreciate the property. Pretty filthy. Trash in the parking area. Homeless people hanging around in the parking lot while I stayed at the Baymont. I looking at the site of the parking lot. Give me a terrible feelings about the place. But what place does not have an off look to it. Sketchy. I'm sure this area of Chandler was a wonderful place at one point.

Hotel is way outdated. Our room was on the 1st floor and we were greeted with a leaking ceiling, buckets full of water and debris on the floor right by our room door. It stayed there for 2 days before someone decided they should clean it up. Our room had a hole in the ceiling where you can see water had come through at some point. I booked this hotel based off other people’s rating which were great 4 stars, until we got there. Definitely needs a lot of cleaning and upgradeS. Also the breakfast is ONLY WAFFLES AND BAGELS THATS IT.

Room was ok, it was one of the cheapest options and I was travelling solo, so it was a not a bad experience, but the bathroom did have some hairs on the vanity and tub, and the sofa and chair on the room were really dirty. Got a room near the front desk and there was a lot of noise at midnight.
