The service was wonderful. We were greeted and made to feel welcome each time we came into the hotel. Breakfast was awesome, each day a different style of eggs, meat, and potatoes. My kids LOVED the waffles and had one each morning. The only thing that we thought was not up to snuff was that one of our beds was not right on the frame or something and flipped when the weight changed.

The mattress had stains all over it. You could tell it had been cleaned but sleeping on someone else’s yuck isn’t my idea of pleasant. My daughter’s room had a leak from the unit above and was initially told they would give some extra towels, even though water was leaking through the light fixture. She was eventually able to move, but the initial customer service was very poor.

The breakfast offered is poor. The door to my room sticks open. That is the way I found it when checking into my room. That was very creepy and worrisome. The air conditioners in the room are very loud.

The room was nice, however the air conditioning was loud and the blind for the window was not good at all. Bright light from the parking lot interrupted my sleep many times. You should have black out curtains so that the light doesn’t keep people awake. Also down in the snack and personal essential area the person care area drawers were half empty. Not many choices and I needed some Tylenol. Would have bought some but all you had was pepto and midol. And then silly things like a facial mask etc. Having some regular pain relievers would be helpful. You staff was very friendly and kind and helpful. I very much appreciated them!

The pool was not working, tv remote was missing, bathroom sink would not drain, and the bed comforter was dirty. I ended cancelling my second return on Oct 26 because of the poor conditions. I would not stay here again.

The rooms blind was broken and wouldnt go down . The property charged 15.00 a nite to park.ridiculous.The breakfast was super crowded n sub par the 1st day. The 2nd day was just awful.cheap frozen pizza for breakfast? Nope.The room toliet was broken and the water was turned off .We will not reserve this property agian.Terrible.
