I had an awesome stay! The apartment was in a great spot, and the neighborhood was super quiet and peaceful. I loved that we pretty much had the pool to ourselves most of the time — such a nice bonus. The dedicated parking spot right by the apartment was really convenient too. Probably the worst choice I ever made on hotels.com. The check in process is convoluted. The host/agent (Vince) had to "check with his IT department" just to unfreeze the glitch in their check in process system. He refuses to even talk on the phone, and he ran me through endless text messages and "screen shots" just to engage in the overly burdensome "pre-Check in" process. The picture doesn't at all match the unit I was put in. If you make the foolish decision to book here, shut off the water inflow valve to the toilet after use so you can get some sleep at night with a leaky toilet to deal with.

The host was responsive to emails but the advertisement of the property was misleading. The pool wasn't heated and after three days of emails back and forth the host blamed the property manager and said they weren't responsible. The unit was also located near an entrance gate, which the lock was broken. The unit had fruit flies, and the entrance door, three feet from the bed, had a frosted glass window which made the unit feel less private. Not a good experience.
